The WaW Online Bridal Fair

Not gonna lie. Blogging about Weddings at Work's online bridal fair is bittersweet for Rebellious Brides. Because we also thought of launching a similar concept some two years ago. Alas, it never materialized.  But because we fully support this rebellious movement to go digital, and because we have so much love and respect for WaW, that even if we are not the ones to launch this we still want to show our full support.

The Story of Veluz


It has been a longtime tradition for W@W (Weddings at Work) to mount a Video Fest for Philippine Wedding Suppliers who single-handedly revolutionized weddings one way or another. This original tradition is one that almost all wedding enthusiasts in the country enjoy--from when the handpicked list of filmmakers are made known to the general public, to when the themes/topics have been identified for them, from the time they post their BTS shoots, when the posters are launched, leading all the way up to the private screenings at Rockwell, and the after-party. It is an unprecedented event that only a true institution like W@W can really pull-off.

Rebellious Vegas Couple Benz & Abet

We just wanted to personally congratulate and pay tribute to the Philippine wedding community's queen and king, Benz & Abet Rana of W@W fame! A very happy and rebellious 15th wedding anniversary! We admire your revolutionary ideas and influence and we wish you all the best and more anniversaries to come! Loving the outfits, the intimate wedding, and of course the drive-thru Vegas renewal *wink*
